Our product are handmade and may take a few days to craft and fulfill your order, we strive to have it done in timely manner, please be aware of this production window.  

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your spam/junk folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

United States:

International shipments can take 7-20 days to arrive, but can exceed this time frame depending on customs procedures. 

To ensure proper delivery, we do not ship to post office boxes. 

Return Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your Stone & Soul jewelry, however If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item to us up to 14 days from the receiving date of your purchase for an exchange or a store credit.

Please email us at info@stoneandsoul.com to inform us of your return, as well as the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it, it must also be returned in it’s original packaging.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 

Store credit or exchange does not apply to any customized, personalized or engraved pieces, as those cannot be returned.

Please note that we are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
