Ordering and shipping

How long until my bracelet ships?

Every bracelet is made by hand in Los Angeles after you order it, and ships within 3–5 business days. Ground shipping within the US then takes 2–5 days.

Can I get it sooner?

Often, yes. If you need it by a certain date, let us know before or after you order, through the chat on our site or by calling or texting (424) 235-8185, and we'll do our best. You can also choose priority shipping at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes, standard ground shipping is free within the United States. Priority shipping in the US is $15. Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world is $15 standard or $25 expedited, and international orders can take 7 to 20 days depending on customs.

Can I return or exchange my bracelet?

Yes. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit. It needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. Email us at info@stoneandsoul.com to start a return. You can read the full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, close to the skin with no gaps. No tape? Use a piece of string, then measure it against a ruler. Each bracelet page lists its sizes in inches, so pick the one closest to your wrist. Our sizing guide has more tips.

Are the bracelets easy to put on?

Yes. They're strung on elastic stretch cord, so they slip on and off with no clasp.

The stones and materials

Are the crystals real?

Yes. Every bracelet is made with natural stones, so the color and markings vary a little and each piece is one of a kind.

What is gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. Our gold vermeil beads are handmade by artisans in Bali. With wear, the gold slowly softens over time and can reveal the silver underneath, which many people love as part of the piece's story.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Take it off before showering, washing your hands, working out or putting on lotion, and put it on after perfume. To clean it, buff it gently with a soft dry cloth. Please don't use a silver cloth or chemical cleaners, since they can strip the gold. Store it in the cotton pouch it comes in. Full tips are on our care page.

Which crystal is right for me?

Start with what you want to call in. For love and self-love, rose quartz. For manifesting, Herkimer diamond, the most powerful of the quartz crystals. What is the best crystal for manifesting love?

What is black tourmaline good for?

Which wrist should I wear my bracelet on?

Many people wear crystals on the left wrist, the receiving side, to invite energy in, and on the right wrist to send it out. Trust what feels right for you.

Does my bracelet come with anything?

Every bracelet arrives in our white gift box with a gold logo, with a pouch and a card describing each of its stones, so it's ready to give as a gift.
