Our Story

We often choose adornments to reflect beauty, style, and grace. But jewelry isn't just for visual consumption, it is also a source of power. I created Stone & Soul not just to be outward projections, but amulets for inner strength. The stones and crystals in my pieces are embodied with restorative properties that provide positivity and confidence. 

Crystals have been sought after for their therapeutic attributes across time and space, from Egyptian Pharaohs to modern scientists. I discovered these ancient tools when I went through a prolonged period of stress, and consequently started exploring methods of holistic healing. I realized crystals weren’t just mythical objects: there is indeed a magic power in rocks that transmutes energy and connects us to Mother Earth and her elements--and I found myself achieving an inner resurgence from my stones

I was raised in Russia and Sweden, where we prefer natural healing--dry saunas, herbs, outdoor activities—over artificial medicines. I later moved to sunny California where I was exposed to different forms of meditation and yoga. Similarly, crystals became a way for me to connect with body, mind, and soul. 

There are many ways you can incorporate healing stones into your life. Each of my jewelry pieces contains stones that are tailored to fit your intentions, that you can carry with you anywhere and anytime. In my travels across the globe, I found myself attracted to different stones based on the feelings they inspired. They are not only mementos of places I’ve been, but they react to my internal energy based on their various properties.
