Most people don't choose a crystal by reading a chart. They pick one up and something about it just feels right. That's a good place to start. But with eight bracelets to choose from, a little guidance helps.
That's why I made the Stone & Soul crystal quiz. It's five short questions about how you're feeling and what you want to call in right now, and at the end it matches you with the bracelet that fits. It takes about three minutes.
Start with what you want to call in
The easiest way to choose a crystal is to start with your intention, not the stone. Ask yourself what you want more of right now. Love? Protection? Courage? Or is there something specific you're ready to manifest? Our bracelets are grouped the same way.
For love and self-love: rose quartz
Rose quartz is the stone of universal love: love for the people around you, and just as much for yourself. If you're working on self-love, healing your heart, or you'd like a daily reminder to stay open, start here.

For manifesting: Herkimer diamond
Herkimer diamond is the most powerful of all the quartz crystals, and it's the stone I reach for when I'm manifesting. It's found in Herkimer County, New York, and comes out of the ground already faceted, with a point on each end. People wear it when they're setting big intentions and want them to come through clearly. Its affirmation says it all: “I easily manifest my desire.”
Paired with rose quartz, it becomes a bracelet for manifesting love. Rose quartz opens your heart, and Herkimer amplifies what you're calling in. That's our rose and Herkimer quartz bracelet. If you want love, protection and manifestation in one piece, there's the Herkimer, rose quartz and black tourmaline bracelet.

For protection and grounding: black tourmaline
Black tourmaline is the stone I reach for when I want to say goodbye to bad vibes. It has long been worn for grounding and protection, and a lot of our customers wear theirs to work or anywhere crowded. Smokey quartz is the stone of calm, and garnet with moss agate is for steady ground while something new is growing.

For confidence and creativity: carnelian and garnet
Carnelian is the stone of motivation and action. It's for the new job, the creative project, the thing you keep putting off. Red garnet has long been worn for confidence and passion.
You'll find both in Confidence & Creativity.
Still not sure? Trust the first pull
If you look at all eight and one keeps catching your eye, that's usually your answer. There's no wrong choice. The stone is the reminder, and the intention is yours.
If you'd still like a second opinion, the quiz is there for you.
How our bracelets are made
Every Stone & Soul bracelet is made by hand in Los Angeles once you order it. Each one pairs natural crystals with gold vermeil beads from Bali and arrives with a card sharing the meaning of your stone. Because every stone is natural, no two bracelets are exactly alike.
